ServiceNow Otto has opened the AI front door, and it is ready the day it is switched on — the question is whether your organization is. Otto unifies Moveworks, Now Assist and AI Agents into a single conversational layer over the ServiceNow AI Platform, but it only delivers real value once a function has climbed past stage three of the maturity curve. Today, most enterprises have only gotten IT there; HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Facilities and Health & Safety still sit at ad hoc or manual. In this session, Crossfuze walks through the four pillars of AI readiness — data, workflows, AI and governance and shows you how to score your own functions in ten minutes, while mapping the two pathways that close the gap. We will also decode what Otto actually does to your commercial model, because AI consumption is now metered against a per-seat assist pool and readiness has become a cost-control issue before your next renewal.

Most cities don't replace their service management platform because they want to, they do it because the legacy system has become too expensive, too rigid and too dependent on a handful of people who know how it works.
That was the City of Corona's starting point. Running on another service management platform, the city faced rising licensing costs, manual workflows and operations fragmented across departments. Rather than renew and hope for the best, Corona made a different bet: rebuild service management on the Atlassian platform and use it as the foundation for a broader modernization effort.
Today, Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence and Atlassian Guard support not just IT, but Human Resources, Communications and teams across the organization. Requests that once lived in email and spreadsheets now move through structured, trackable workflows and the city has the data to show where work is getting done and where it's getting stuck.
The transformation didn't stop at ticketing. With roughly 88 AI-enabled tools now in use across the city, Corona is treating AI as an operational capability rather than a pilot project, exploring Rovo and Amazon Connect to change how residents and staff experience city services.
Join Tyler Reich, Derek Neal and Harjinder Singh for a candid conversation about what the migration looked like from the inside: how the business case was built, how departments outside IT were brought on board, what broke along the way and how a mid-sized city with a lean IT team is making AI practical. The session closes with open Q&A for leaders weighing a similar move.
What you'll take away:
- How to frame a platform migration for finance and executive leadership when the driver is cost and risk, not shiny features
- Practical steps for extending ITSM beyond IT to HR, communications and executive offices
- What "AI-ready" actually means for a local government and where to start
- Lessons on choosing and working with an implementation partner

AI is quickly moving from experimentation into everyday execution across highly regulated environments. Once AI starts influencing real work, governance can no longer live only in policies or review committees. Organizations must find ways to maintain accountability, security and oversight as AI becomes embedded into how work gets done.
In this analyst-led webinar, industry experts will discuss how organizations approach AI governance, risk management and security in practice, drawing on research insights and real-world examples from regulated environments such as government and financial services. The conversation will explore what it takes to move from AI policy to operational execution while maintaining auditability, human accountability and trust at scale.
Attendees will learn:
- How highly regulated organizations govern AI in everyday work.
- Why operational clarity and ownership matter for regulated AI adoption.
- How teams maintain oversight and accountability as AI adoption grows.
- Lessons drawn from peers operating in highly regulated environments.

Who is this for?
For leaders who are past the pilot and into the harder question: what does it actually take to run AI at the center of the business, not the edge of it. If you're accountable for how your organization moves from experimenting with AI to depending on it, this conversation is built for you. What's in it for you?
Why is this different?
This isn't a product showcase, it's a working session for leaders navigating the same transformation you are.
Google covers where the industry is headed: the shift to an agentic enterprise and what it demands of the platform beneath it.
Strategy covers the layer that rarely gets boardroom attention until it stalls a transformation: the semantic layer that lets people and agents work from one true definition of the business. We'll also clarify terms the industry keeps blurring — ontology, knowledge graph, context layer, semantic layer — and what each is for. The rest of the afternoon is peer conversation, not a lecture.

Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC) is a 6G technology that enables wireless networks to simultaneously transmit data and detect objects, essentially turning mobile networks into radar networks.
ISAC uses shared radio signals, infrastructure, and hardware to track, locate, and image objects in real-time, improving network efficiency and enabling new, high-precision services. It reduces hardware costs and saves spectrum resources by consolidating functions. It is considered a cornerstone of 6G, enabling faster, more reliable communication.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify the system requirements to incorporate ISAC into your agency’s edge devices
- Delineate steps to maximize AI use in ISAC-enabled networks, including assessment of available databases and their cleanliness
- Determine what additional information needs to be gathered to utilize ISAC capabilities
AI success is often isolated, limited to pilot efforts that tackle one specific challenge or workflow. AI pilots are most focused on getting the technology right; implementing an enterprisewide AI strategy requires alignment across leadership, workforce, procurement, and mission teams, though definitions of success, ownership, and ROI remain unclear.
How agencies can move beyond the isolated success in a pilot and achieve similar results across their organizations is more a strategic challenge than a technical one. It requires shifting from a use case to capability, from technology experiment to an operational effort, by prioritizing scalable infrastructure, robust data governance, and change management.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify organizational and work culture barriers that need to be addressed
- Review your agency’s budget and procurement activities to ensure funding is available as scaling up takes place
- Delineate your agency’s automation and AI priorities to maximize both effectiveness and impact
